ABOUT ME
I’m a licensed psychologist who helps adults move past the effects of anxiety and trauma using approaches that are practical, evidence-based, and grounded in research. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals to help them regain a sense of safety, confidence, and control in their lives. My background as both a clinician and researcher shapes the way I practice: structured when it needs to be, collaborative always, and focused on helping you feel better in ways that last. I currently also serve in an executive leadership and teaching role with the UCLA–UCSF ACEs Aware Family Resilience Network, where I develop statewide training in trauma-informed care.
